Program Payment Follow-up
For clients enrolled in Merchant Account Processing Service or full-service programs, at your option, TDC offers service to follow up and collect missed client program payments. TDC staff will call, email, or text clients to collect payment under SafePayz or your company branded name for full-service clients. Client must remain in “active” status during follow-up service.
