Mortgage Referral Marketing Program
For your clients who are seeking a mortgage, place them in the TDC Mortgage Referral Marketing Program.
We will work with our preferred mortgage underwriters to qualify your client for a new mortgage. You receive $250-$500 for each written mortgage depending on the mortgage amount.
Mortgage Referral Program Process
If you are not currently working with a mortgage company, you can use our mortgage referral program. If your client is motivated to get a home loan, whether they just need a mortgage or complete our credit ready mortgage program, we will gather the necessary documents and submit the file to a licensed mortgage company for pre-approval underwriting. We take care of the work and you get paid $250.00 to $500.00 depending on loan size and type. TDC will not interfere with your existing mortgage relationships and will only work with clients you submit for the mortgage referral marketing program.
We work with mortgage companies offering FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and Cash Flow mortgage loans.
Typically pre-approval requirements, but will vary based on loan type:
- A credit score of 620+ but possibly lower under certain conditions
- Two years of tax returns & W-2’s,
- Two months of bank statements
- Two months paystubs
- Down payment documentation
- Current three-bureau credit report.
- Cash Flow Mortgages do not require a specific credit score.
- Cash Flow Mortgages require 12-months of bank statements to support positive cash flow.
